Tom had found a website the night before that showed very nice hotels/resorts that you can get for a song (compared to the original price). Tonight we are at the Bilmar Beach Resort in Treasure Island (part of St. Petersburg).

Hello Sunshine My Old Friend.....
Today was a beautiful day. We drove from our less than desirable motel to take a walk on The Pier in St. Petersburg. It was a gorgeous, sunny day and the walk was lovely.
Tom had found a website the night before that showed very nice hotels/resorts that you can get for a song (compared to the original price). Tonight we are at the Bilmar Beach Resort in Treasure Island (part of St. Petersburg).
The beach is beautiful and in our "backyard".
We ate dinner at "The Pearl" which was delicious (and no...I didn't eat the potatoes).
We walked out to the beach during sunset. What a wonderful day.
